Lids Southridge is small and that works in its favor. One reviewer noticed something most Lids never bother with: every fitted is on the wall in size order, sale wall included. If you know your size, you can scan the whole store in about a minute.

The tradeoff is stock depth. A longtime customer says the newest Brewers drop is there about half the time, and the custom embroidery machine has had its off weeks. Call ahead for anything specific.

    went in to get some hats embroidered for some coworkers and i and the person behind the desk basically told me he didn’t feel like embroidering multiple hats so he wouldn’t do it. guess they didn’t want my money, that’s fine!

    The LIDS store @ Southridge mall had a fun, upbeat atmosphere, and a ton of new stock for the holiday season, so I had plenty to choose from. I was there to buy a few Christmas gifts, but it was almost overwhelming to someone who does not know much about hats. But the employee knew his stuff and he actually had me make a call to find out hat sizes. Once I had that info., he helped me to pick out some great gifts.

    Im always looking for the newest Brewers hat, and this store delivers only half the time, maybe?? Either hat sz or not enough stock. Kinda sucks when I've been a lids member since I can remember but I never get asked if I want the employee to check another store or have a hat ordered.

    Bought a hat to get a custom word printed. Thought i could wait there (usually takes about 20 minutes). Told the guy who does it wasn’t there. Asked them if I could get it tomorrow. They said they will do their best. Tomorrow came and no call. Two days later they said their machine was down and they’ll contact me the next day. No call. Now it’s been six days and i have no idea what’s going on. Very unprofessional. Do not get a custom print there. Go elsewhere.
