About the shop

J J Sports on Teutonia Avenue is a neighborhood clothing store first and a hat shop second, but the hat wall is real: rows of team fitteds, NFL and MLB, stacked floor to ceiling in their photos. It’s not a Brewers shrine. It’s what the neighborhood actually wears.

Regulars mention two things over and over. It’s one of the few places in Milwaukee that stocks big and tall sizes, and it still carries Dickies work pants that other stores dropped. One reviewer thinks the prices run high. Most of the others just keep coming back.

    I like JJ sport they greet you ask you how may they help you and for my nephew and my son they always have something that I like to buy for them if it's not any trouble could I have some more Jordan hats with Jordan on them and Jordan and some of the basketball players he played with shirts I appreciate that very much keep up the good work.

    Their clothes are too expensive close fade braids come out just horrible they don't respect nobody of color or ethnic necessity background the overcharging for stuff that's cheap in a talk to you any kind of way and a double prices stuff that should be low price show me the clothes they have you can go somewhere else and find the same clothes and they be way cheaper not saying I'm cheap but it's saying the clothes are cheap clothes don't last long are you washing me Fades thread come out they shrink they boots tear up quickly it's just horrible they shoes don't last long after 35 days in the snow they tear up
