100/100 stars for Lids at Ross Park. My uncle passed away last week, and he was a huge Pirates fan. As a tribute to him, we bought 35 Pirates hats and had his initials embroidered on them for family. Steve and Dante were incredibly gracious and kind, and they stayed after closing to get the embroidery done in time for the funeral. I'll never buy a hat anywhere else ever again.

Dante in the store was the best! She was helpful and more than willing to help me find the perfect hat. I would come back just to have him help me find my next hat if I didn’t live out of town.
-
Tom was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I will def be back to this location for customization and future purchases!

One word to describe Jermaine: Goat. Amazing friendly staff that was super welcoming and kind. Given that the store is so small the welcoming environment the workers create is appreciated deeply!!
