1942 All-Star Game Fitted: New Era Honors the Washington Nationals in Scarlet and Green

There is something special about a cap that digs deep into baseball history, and this Washington Nationals 1942 All Star Game New Era 59Fifty is exactly that kind of piece. Dressed in a bold scarlet red crown with dark green undertones and a clean gray bottom, this fitted rocks a stitched 1942 All Star side patch that instantly signals its old school roots. Grabbed from ecapcity, this lid pays tribute to a franchise that predates the modern Nationals name, harkening back to when Washington’s American League club was still known as the Nationals, playing ball at Griffith Stadium during one of the most turbulent stretches in American history.
