This is by far the greatest place to buy a hat. The employees know a lot about their needed expertise and are EXTREMELY helpful! I could not have asked for a better experience while I was there! Corey was the acting manager and he was very friendly and reasonable! They helped find my hat size and everything!

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered hats for our business 2 months ago. The hats got lost. I understand these things happen. What I don’t understand is the lack of willingness to help me. They blame the post office. Again I get that it was the post office but they aren’t trying to solve the problem. They don’t want to do any work to try to get me the already paid for hats. I called 2 locations and both managers were worthless and rude. Told me I need to call customer service to get a refund. Really disappointed in the unprofessionalism. I will never do business with these 2 stores again. Moon and Robinson

I went to the Robinson Mall location. They were suppose to be open at 10:00am. As of 10:35am they still aren’t open. Totally unacceptable
