Heads and Tails has been on Kennedy Boulevard since 1992. It started out selling Gators and Seminoles gear and grew to cover USF, the Bucs, the Lightning and the Rays. In 2020 the store was put up for sale, and three local families bought it to keep it open.
That history shows up in how people talk about it. Customers mention staff by name and say they’ve shopped here for years. The Rays caps are a section, not a wall, but this is the kind of local store a list like this should include.
So I ordered a jersey from their website and through some strange circumstances with USPS, I had an empty bag delivered almost a month after ordering. The staff here were able to help me out with sending out a new one!
Brad was amazingly helpful + super knowledgeable about shirt sizing. He helped me find the perfect gift!
I have been a Heads and Tails customer for years, but have never written a review! Awesome experience with the H&T team this morning! I was trying to shop the "buy more, save more" sale online to get some early Christmas shopping done! Unfortunately, the discount was not applying. I called the store directly (I apologize, I forget the name of the kind sales associate that helped me!) and they sent me an invoice with the discount applied so that I would be able to have the discount, and pick up in store! Amazing customer service, which is why I have shopped here, and will continue to shop here for my sports gear needs. Thanks again, Heads & Tails :)

I'm a frequent shopper at your store, I always find what I'm looking for & more. EXCEPT OUR MIAMI HURRICANES CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES! MORE MONEY TO BE MADE!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- any other Miami Fans agree??? I would love to just walk in your store and purchase some Miami merchandise instead of having to order online...
Drove 30 min out here and 30 min back to find a sign that says due to power outages closed. My only question why is the power not out for the stores next door? Other customers were asking themselves the same thing.
