The Lightning's official team store on Channelside, with Rays caps too.
Tampa Bay Sports is the official team store of the Tampa Bay Lightning, so it’s Bolts first. It also stocks the other Tampa Bay teams, Rays included, and this location is on Channelside Drive at the arena.
For fitteds it’s a solid secondary stop, not the main event. Where it stands out is service. One staffer, Jim, gets named in review after review for chasing down sold-out items and fixing online orders.
Ordered online. I can not believe I was sent a jersey with this many tears in the stitching on the letters. Probably the worst quality jersey I've ever seen. I cannot believe this was $300. This was a gift to my friend in Finland for Christmas as they love Jake Guentzel. I can’t believe you guys really sent a jersey like this.
Jim is the man! Ordered a stadium series jersey online which got hung up somehow, but was actually able to work with him since I was in town to get an additional option offered as a gift for my wife, which she loved! Even got my shipping fee refunded. Quality is excellent would definitely recommend anyone.
I wish I could give 10 stars. I want to say a huge thank you to Jim for helping me get my Vasilevskiy Jersey. A huge thank you to Ed for helping my parents in the store. Best experience ever. You guys rock. Go bolts 💙⚡️💙
Special shout out to thunderbug for giving my mom a hug 🙌🏻
I ordered a highly sought after item (sold out almost everywhere else) on Sunday night and it was shipped and arrived to me in a different state by Thursday afternoon! Great selection and great shipping and speed of getting the product out!
HUGE shout out to Jim in ECOMM!! I can't "Thank You" enough for your assistance. You went above and beyond to help me with a very special Christmas gift for my daughter, who is a big time lightning fan! Your professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile was so appreciated. :) I've worked in customer service for over 30 years and it's so nice to see that there are still great people like Jim out there to help. Kudos to you and Thanks again! GO BOLTS!! ⚡️🏒💙
