Westshore Plaza Lids where the manager will call around for your size.
The Lids at Westshore Plaza gets a run of reviews about one thing: the manager calling other stores to find a specific hat in a specific size, then having it held. That’s supposed to be standard. At most Lids it isn’t.
It’s a mall store, so the wall is the current New Era lineup with Rays, Bucs and whatever’s hot nationally. It also sells trading cards. Check the hours before you go; one reviewer showed up at the posted opening time and waited an hour.
This was the third lid that we had been to looking for a specific hat and a specific size and Haitham was the only person to offer to call another store to find it for us and he had them hold it for us. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and he was super nice and genuine.
Ty is a great guy. His service and knowledge about hats and trading cards is unmatched! i’d definitely come back again.
I go to Lids pretty often and it's usually the same experience. Went to this Lids in Tampa, and was very impressed with the customer service. The store manager, Hitham, went above and beyond helping me find something that I was casually looking for. He even called other stores to see if they had what they needed. For Lids executives, reading this: Give Hitham a promotion and a raise!!!
Hithan helped us buy packs of cards. I came in just to pass time before my movie we pulled a rare chase card!
Drove 45 mins to come to this store and they’re closed. Business hours online shows they open at 11. Literally sat out here for an hour and still not open.
