The Lids at Westfield Brandon is the east side of the bay’s best bet for a Rays fitted, and the reviews lean hard on custom embroidery. People come in for a first embroidered fitted, a flag on the side panel, a name for a gift.
Custom jobs can back up on busy days, and one reviewer waited 90 minutes on what was quoted as under an hour. Drop it off early and go do something else.
What a great experience! I return a hat because it was wrong size which my fault 😅 however Devan Rodriguez was super kind and eager to assist me. Very professional and outgoing…I was able to not only purchase other hats and also embroidered them as well. 💪🏼 Let’s go Rays! Just got 2 hats custom done and Gia the worker said it would be less then an hour… I come back 90 mins later and they haven’t even started and then tried to say it’s because of the design that it takes a long time. NEXT THING I look in the machine and they are doing another customers custom hat who came in after me… and continued to lie to me.
Not sure what the guys name is but the girls name is Gia and they knew they messed up and wouldn’t even offer me a discount. Very unprofessional especially because I used “lids” for all my custom hats
Got my first engraved fitted here today. Representative was professional, knowledgeable and attentive definitely recommend stopping by it's worth it
I had a great experience at Lids thanks to Gia! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave great recommendations without being pushy.
Gia really knows her products, she helped me find the perfect fit and even suggested styles I wouldn’t have considered but ended up loving. Her customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
If you stop by Lids, definitely ask for Gia, she’ll take care of you!
