Kenwood Towne Centre Lids, good for custom embroidery and digging for bigger sizes.
Great selection, found a clearance hat that was my size and looks great! That's hard to do for someone that wears a large or bigger size hat. The woman behind the counter was friendly and cheerful. Definitely recommend!
People working here are rude and disrespectful and unhelpful I waited for them to stop chatting and playing with each other to get help wit five hats two for my son two for my husband all four being customized nd the 5th one being just a regular hat Not only did I have to wait around to pay but the guy that did end up helping out of the 3 that was behind the counter told me it would only take 30/40 mins and to return for the four customized ones and for some reason I had to wait for the plan lakers hat we got as well so I try going to find food in the food court to waste time because I already did all my purchases for the day to come back 45 mins later for him to tell me ohhh my hats aren’t ready and he couldn’t tell me when they would be done because he is the only person in the store but when I bought all five 3 men where behind the counter playing with each other !!! SMH 🤦🏾♀️ Never again will I spend 300$ for a couple hats !!! From This location and hell maybe anymore knowing they clearly hire people that could care less about CX service Now Oh FYI I can’t get my hats until further notice that are already paid for and can’t get refunded due to them being customized
Great shopping experience. Great Staff. I spent a bunch of time looking and trying to choose the best hat and the store clerk was nice and kept asking if I needed any help. He was very kind and acknowledge everyone who walked in the store. I eventually found 3 hats I was excited to add to my collection!
Customer service was great and my father's Day gift was nice. Thanks for the great customer service and the attentiveness on getting what I needed.
There is two lids stores inside the Kenwood town center. The one upstairs hands-down is better than the one downstairs.
