Kenwood-area Rally House for Reds, Bengals and FC Cincinnati gear, caps included.
I had the best experience. I had forgotten my purse and needed a gift card at that time as I was on my way to a birthday party. The sales associate was SO helpful and patient helping me use Apple Pay as I was unfamiliar. So so kind.
Ashley searched on line for a top my gf saw at another store for over 15 minutes. No longer available so she called and put top on hold. SERVICE! That's what it looks like. Checkout guy and other guy on floor super helpful also.
The shirt had stains on it, and I couldn’t exchange it because it was the last one available. They offered to shout wipe it, but wouldn’t offer any other resolution, even something small like a 5% discount. On top of that, the manager was not very pleasant or helpful.
Awful experience with Rally House in Kenwood. Recommend no one shop there.
We went in to buy an FC Cinci shirt and found one we liked on the sale rack at half price. We bought it and later that day found it was ripped. We went back to the store and said the shirt was ripped and they said it was sold as is - no returns. They showed us on the tag where in very small letters it said that. We said we did not see that and no one at the register showed us or told us to make sure we knew we were buying an item that couldn’t be returned. Most importantly, we never expected a store where you go to buy new clothing would be selling damaged / ripped items without telling customers. We went in to get a new item and ended up with a damaged garment - then got absolutely no apology and no care or interest from store management. They have forever lost my business and they should not get yours.
My experience at Rally House on 5-12-26 was excellent. The male worker was very polite and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for quickly. Thank you
