About the shop

The Guardians Team Store is inside Progressive Field on Ontario Street, and it carries the full on-field 59FIFTY lineup plus the alternates and throwbacks. The shop was renovated recently and the reviews say it shows.

Two things worth knowing. There’s a large discount section for leftover event and promo merchandise, which is the best value in the building. And if you place a custom order, read the fine print: one fan was told pickup required a game ticket. Ask before you pay.

The Real Onion ★★★★★ 3 years ago

Visited the team store this past week and was amazed with all of the onion gear available! Although my name may read, “The Real Onion”, I am not the real onion, just a big fan. I purchased everything pictured and was helped by staff members, Kathy and Ben, to find everything. Very helpful staff, I will definitely be back!!

The Cleveland Indians must be doing quite well, as the team shop is stocked full of merchandise. Merchandise prices are typical for official products, but the shop actually has a large discounted section for promotional items that were made for specific events. Picked up enough gifts for people back home and had change for a single $100 bill. The place is well staffed and are more than happy to help you get something that may be just out of reach.

Wouldn’t buy anything from here again. Placed a customized $250 order just to be told I wouldn’t be able to pick it up unless I had a game ticket. Unreasonable prices and store hours are not accommodating.
