Crocker Park team shop: helpful staff, small room, lots of Ohio gear.
Rally House Crocker Park is on Main Street in Westlake, and it’s small. Reviewers say so politely and impolitely. A lot of merchandise is packed into not much floor, so weekends get tight.
The upside is the staff, who get mentioned in almost every review for checking other stores and handling online orders. For Guardians caps it’s fine. For a big fitted wall, the Lids at Great Northern is a better drive.
Excellent selection of items had three different people help me with a return and online order. Each staff member I spoke with was enthusiastic and very helpful in solving my issues. Only place to go to get Most current Ohio athletic merchandise!!
Everyone in the store was so kind, considerate, helpful and knowledgeable. I was kidding the twp girls working that day that their weren't any Bowling Green and Notre Dame items available to buy. We had good laugh over that matter.
The staff was INCREDIBLY helpful. With that said the store itself wasn’t that big. A lot of merchandise crammed into a small space made for an overwhelming shopping experience. Will be shopping at the Great Northern location going forward.
The team was very engaging, helpful and searched system for near by locations for product. Fan of RH!
Store was over pack and un organized. Hard to move around without bumping into anything.
