Great selection of hats. I bought 2 Cincinnati Fitted Hats. Cashier was super helpful.

I’ve been trying to place an online order for 6 weeks, but there system is having issues shipping out of state which I was told was weird but not the first time. I sent my order over Aug 28 after getting them on the phone after emails went unanswered with screenshots of my order items. I was told it would be taken care of within a couple hours. I never heard back like they said I would within hours. I emailed. I emailed. And I emailed. Then I called. It’s a small business and someone had an emergency. I get it. So I was pretty patient after over a month. The owed me an invoice two weeks ago. I’ve emailed follow ups several times. I still cannot get it. I stressed that the hats were gifts for the play offs (that my family is going to this week so I guess we won’t have rhe hats), and a fundraising military event where the hats were prizes and time was sensitive. The latter has passed. After a constant back and forth, no hats, no invoices, broken deadlines, and no communication after multiple times being promised an email that day, I give up. I have been trying to pay for the hats since August.
