The guy working tonight (11/18) helped me out and was cool people. He definitely made it worth the trip and helped my lady and I pick out a preselected custom stitch for my new hat I got from somewhere else. If I ever get a custom fitted hat I’ll be sure he is the one to get it stitched again. Very professional man and was quick! He said it would take 5-10 minutes but it felt faster to be frank. I forgot his name (smh) but thank you kind sir!

I went into the store for a couple hats for my husband and a custom order for work and the lady working was awful. As soon as we walked in we felt unwelcome. After we decided we weren’t going to do business her I let her know she lost a sale due to poor customer service and she proceeded to yell at me thru the store. I will not be doing anymore business at this location. We had a large custom hat order she allowed to walk out the door.

Nice clean store. The guy was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. Which was a Dallas Cowboys hat. The is good quality and reasonably priced. It's in a good location at Zone Rosa. I will use them in future for future hat purchases.
