  I called on Sunday to inquire about a fitted youth kids hat for my boy because they’re very limited on sizing. This store had the size and the hat I wanted so I figured I’d come on my early break. The website states they open at 10am. I arrived at approximately today (Monday) at 11:20am when I get there the doors were locked and I waited 15 mins and another customer waited with me and stated she went to the Lids Locker room below and the employee informed her he’d “be right up.” I continued to wait and the employee came up the escalator opened the doors greeted me. I found the hat I wanted to purchase and I obviously seen they were understaffed so to accommodate I asked if I could have the hat I purchased and embroidery and picked up later due to the store being busy. The employee smelled like marijuana and was impaired clearly. I paid for my hat and employee stated he would call me when it was finished about 45 mins later he called me to say my hat was ready, I proceeded to ask if my significant other could pick it up due time returning to work. My significant other got to the store and waited and it’s 1:55pm in the afternoon door is locked again. Can’t even get the merchandise I paid for. No sign on the door no nothing just locked… I will no longer waste my time or my money here. Very poor customer service and very poorly ran.

  Went in to have a custom embroidered hat and AJ was super helpful. Took time to help me get the right design and my hat turned out great!! I’ve had quite a few compliments on the embroidered design. The store was quite busy and their selection of styles and teams was much better than other hat stores I’ve been in previously.

  I will NEVER EVER in my life return to this store!!! The employees (KEVIN) are EXTREMELY rude and clearly don’t know what good customer service skills are. I went to exchange a hat for my husband. I stood in what I thought was the line at a counter that was in the middle of the floor with a rack in the middle of the door but there wasn’t anything that said where to form a line. I asked Kevin how do I exchange a hat. He told me to get the item. I had my kids stand in the line. I got back in line while he was still helping the same customer that was there when I arrived. Once he was done with that customer he proceeded to take someone else. I said excuse me I was here first. He then tells me I have to get in line. I told him I thought I was in line. There’s nothing that says where the line starts and even still I was here before these people. He refused to check me out and told me he didn’t know I was in line. How did you not know I was in line when I clearly stood here with my kids, right in your face and EVEN asked you a question! It’s not a big store AT ALL. I threw the hat and left. Then I decided to just get my money back. Kevin continued to be rude and make smart remarks. Terrible employee. Terrible customer service. Won’t be getting my money again!
