I went to two different locations prior to calling this one looking for a specific hat. And the guy that answered the phone was really nice and while they didn't have the hat I wanted in my size he actually offered to check their inventory across all their stores in the area and was able to point me in the direction of a location that had the hat I was looking for. Great experience, thankful for the helpful employee.
