Country Club Plaza fan shop packed with Royals and Chiefs gear and a cap wall.
Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Store was undersized for the sheer quantity of merchandise available in the store, but there was definitely no shortage of great shirts, hats, trinkets, etc to choose from!
A fun race to be after the chiefs win the super bowl! What an exciting experience. Plenty of free parking helpful and knowledge staff. 4 cash registers running ment that even though there was a line half way down the street everything keep moving along. My wife found everything she was looking for!
The selection of the merchandise in this store is vast but honestly it's too much. I saw a lot of things I would have loved to purchase but there's just so much stuff that it's difficult to navigate the store as there just isn't a whole lot of space to move around in. Also the prices were quite high.
As are most locations, crowded and overstocked, this store was no exception. Each store seems to be consistent in this theme, so I knew what to expect prior to walking inside the Plaza West location. I appreciate the variety, but it is overwhelmingly too much for liking and difficult to move freely about the store. If you have limited mobility or an aversion to knocking things off a shelf, you might be better served to shop online. That said, at each location, I've been met by friendly staff eager to help! So if you need something slightly out of reach, don't hesitate to ask for help. While I like having a store near me, I find I typically must order online and have item delivered...just my luck I suppose. As for pricing and quality, I have found this to be favorable and my "go to" choice prior to looking elsewhere. Oh, and the Rally House branded items are of decent quality too!
Buyer Beware!!! I’m very disappointed by the poor quality of merchandise and the poor customer service. I purchased a pullover in July and after having worn it once and washed it once, the logo is peeling off. I contacted customer service and was told “tough luck”, because I was past 120 days. Do not purchase from Rally House!
